1. Returns

We accept returns [As per warany] of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged or tampered with
  • You provide a valid receipt or order number

To initiate a return, please email us at infor@laptopparts.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or poor handling
  • Items that have been installed or tampered with
  • Clearance or promotional items marked “final sale”

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, via:

  • M-Pesa (preferred)
  • Bank Transfer (upon request)

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items delivered. Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Not what you ordered

We may ask for clear photos before processing the replacement.

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We sent the wrong product
